[Design] Character Generation: Detail vs Opportunity Cost

i got that game -_-
i can get my hands on any game really -_-
player stats are important it gives the player a chance to play the game
diffrent everytime.. ethen known same role play..
like i sead look at rose online uses stats its player leveling.
but its also a role playing game (Quest`s).
