[Design] d100 mechanic

[Lev Lafayette]

Using Tarot would be interesting. d10 is easy to
translate with the minor arcana. But using a full suit
is a d14, which has limited use.

And as for the major aracana.. Don't get me started on
the practicalities of a d22!
