Dougie gets a Hero Point. Yep, he's made of plastic,
and yes, he probably does have a passing semblance to
GI Joe as well (hell, why not). 

Certain Aldryami cultures (especially in Pameltela)
already use rubber. However to make something like
Celluloid/Xylonite would require Dwarf magic as well.
