[HQ Ignorance] Message Size, Attachments, Archives

Hi people,

Should have mentioned this earlier but message size on
this list is limited to 40kb, which pretty much
excludes most binary documents (Word files, images
etc). Instead of including these in a message it is
best to refer to an external site with a web address.

Also this message list is also archived. You can find
