She can be a practitioner though, as I have done with Icthya. According to my reading, she gets:
  - any of her 5 common magic charms (rating 17) become active
  - she gets 5 tradition spirits as charms, with ratings up to 20 (the easy way to define the ratings is to let the GM decide) - do these become active? I think so. She can spend chargen points to have these > base level, as per the table (but subtract the starting 1HP or no?)
  - she gets a practice spirit which she can have in a fetish - this has 2-3 abilities and it is possible to pay to get these > base level. If she wishes this to be her spirit ally (or one of the tradition spirits) she can release it when she wishes.
   
  I´m sure there are errors there. Unfortunately the actual rules are rather dotted about as one goes spiritist-practitioner-concentrating and so on....
