Even in the midst of this carnage, Aalmon The Bastard
spied Ithyca the Aldyrami talking to her strange
shape-shifting racoon dog, and a wave of empathy swept
over him. Whilst all around him was the evidence of
corrupt, the elf was life and the bounty of nature. So
it was that Ithyca's Tanuki had indeed ventured to a
part of the swamp which seemed relatively free of
chaotic taint, and on a small hummock she espied a
frolicking mudskipper, apparently oblivious to the
chaos and carnage that surrounded it.

Karala continud her spiritual lookout, and detected
two great sources of great Power, one directly below
where Ithyca and one, so much greater, some two to
three leagues north, deeper into the Swamp. In but a
moment she realised what it was; the Nameless Man and
he was heading towards Ithyca very quickly indeed.


The Tanuki-teapot shook and shivered with the explosions and the howling and Icthya crouched down beside her friend, crooning softly to him. The venemous look she threw at the dwarf bounced right off his lifeless skin, but she took a moment to tell Jareena she could help with the horse later. Sight unseen, a Moment Yearning, her spiritual companion, drifted over to the horse and spoke to it quietly and reassuringly of a plain verdant with lush grass.
   
  Icthya felt incredibly uncomfortable when the reindeer-woman came to the spot she had found. Keeping the woman´s wolf between them, she snatched at a fly and fed it to the mudskipper. "Tell me of the Nameless Man", she burbled as one does when speaking to fish, utterly unaware that the same was approaching rapidly...
   
  OOC: Icthya can help with sicko animals but is busy. Her centaur sidekick is less busy. I know that reindeer eat moss and don´t strip the bark off trees like other, more evil, deer do, but I reckon Icthya is still going to be very wary of a deer-person. I am going to assume that Icthya doesn´t know the Nameless Man is approaching (more fun that way).
