During the introductions Aalmon remained studiously on his best manners,
attentively picking up on the local etiquette and fitting into his
correct place with practiced ease. Only when the overlord touched his
arm did his mannered demeanor slip, for then there was a playfully
seductive glint in his eye as he flashed her his winning smile.
He told the tale of their recent travels as best he could, mildly
mocking himself when the story of him becoming a troll was told.

Aalmon waited until the knight had said all that he had to say then he
spoke up "I regret that I must agree with my companion your highness.
The times are troubled and threats will come from unexpected directions,
as the nations war against one another the ruler of War itself laughs at
the thought of the new slaves he will make. I am a soldier and have seen
battle but I have also seen the horrors of the slave soldiers of War and
it is not a fate I would wish on anyone - for when it befalls them soon
enough their enslaved people will be sent against those who left them
weakened for the demons to overrun."
"Judge Kraken is a good man but I do not share his cause. I would like
to speak with him to understand why he has taken up this cause but
knowing what I know of War it is not a cause I can share."

Aalmon is probably just augmenting Azhur here. I could suggest some
abilities if you like, the ratings probably depend on the phases of the
moon.
