If Icthya and Tanuki notice, then Tanuki, in the form of a small wolf,
could quite likely persuade this guy that he is seeing things and
really ought to sit down and relax. That'd get the +4 augment to take
things up a level, albeit post-hoc (from Loves Drink +2, Shapeshifting
+2, Trickery +2)
