The Dwarf muttered: "... and I hope by the name of the
Maker they don't encounter the beast on Wildday."

The Elves know of the legendary creature, and their
consensus seems to be that it inhabits the ruins of
Laurmal. One mentions quietly that several years prior
the best kidnapped his young sister from the edge of
the forest, who was naught but a mere seedling then.
She was never seen again. If the party is to hunt down
this beast he will ensure tokens that will provide
safe passage through the Kanthor Isles where the Elves dominate.
