Not for the first time the suggestion has been raised
for the Fellowship's Guardian to be the Red Banner of
Valour. 

Clearly under these circumstances the banner's method
is manifestation in the form of a banner.

Communication, as the banner is a family heirloom for
Anzhur, should be through leadership contact.

The Guardian requirements are fairly obvious; remain
dedicated to the Quest of the Fellowship.

The Defense and Blessing functions I leave to your
discussion. The ability of Fellowship members to
communicate through the banner however can serve as
the Awareness function.

For those who do not already have the Relationship
Ability "Member of the Talor's Fellowship" spend 1
hero point if you wish to gain these benefits.
Further, spend 1 hero point for each follower that you
also wish to have these benefits.
