[HQ Ignorance] Clarifying where we are

As we seem to have a few crossed threads going on I'd just like to 
clarify a couple of things before I rampage off down some blind alley or 
other.

1. Have the Telmori acccepted our offer of help? It seems that they have 
but I can't find a response from our visitor in which he says so. Are we 
already on our way?

2. If we already have the normal heroband membership ability what is the 
relationship we now seem to have that is separate to that but with the 
band's guardian? I realised I was confused when I came to put it on the 
sheet and the only obvious name for the ability was one that was already 
on the sheet.

3. Have we discussed what the awareness ability of the band's guardian 
might be? It does not matter if we have not, its probably more fun to 
"discover" it at a later time. Can we assume that all 3 base abilities 
are at the standard starting level as supported by the number of members 
of the group (which I assume you are keeping track of Lev)?
