I was joking. The feats within the affinity do exactly what their name 
says - as with any other feat from any other god. Overcome With Lust can 
do just what it says. On the other hand he can only augment with the 
Speaker to Barbarians affinity itself (at its full rating) when dealing 
with someone who can be considered a barbarian from a Lunar perspective. 
Oddly enough this does not include all barbarians as those under lunar 
rule are excluded, nor does it include all non-Lunars (although it 
probably does include most - a lot of the peoples considered barbarians 
by the Romans actually had respectably advanced urban cultures).
