Loran, I will leave you and Sam to sort specific issues out if there are 
any that need sorting. As Aalmon has just done his Jeckyll to Hyde 
transformation this might be an issue for us in the months to come so 
here is my position on this - if a player takes their character out on a 
limb they are not entitled to expect that other players will avoid 
cutting off the limb.

So as an example if one of my characters had run off unannounced and 
committed regicide I would have to accept the consequences either good 
or bad, including the fact that the other characters might hand the 
regicide over to the inquisition. I suspect that Sam feels likewise but 
he will confirm or deny my suspicion, should Aalmon put himself in this 
sort of position I definitely do feel that other characters are free to 
react as their players feel and its up to me to live with the outcome. 
On the other hand if we have all agreed on a course of action it would 
be disruptive to drop another character in it for following that course 
of action. The difference is that if we have agreed a path then we 
should not mess with one another for the sake of keeping the *players* 
in harmony.
