The more I think about that approach the more I like it. Theoblanc can't 
afford to wait but the Nolos contingent might prefer to negotiate as 
they are being offered what they want. A really nice combination of 
wasting time and driving a wedge between the opposing factions. A fine 
example of the art of appearing straightforward while actually being 
quite devious and crafty.
