I did and he was always going to spend some part of the game with a lack
of conventional sanity (or morals). That was the first thing that went
into the character concept. The second was the very close relationship
with his brother which acts as a restraining influence on some of the
extremes, I want this to be interesting and fun rather than game-breaking.
If anyone does not have ILH2 and wants a potted summary of what all this
illumination/occlusion stuff means then just shout and I will try to
post a character-specific summary so you have a better OOC idea of what
is going on. Unless any of the characters are familiar with the secrets
of illumination it will all be very mysterious to them.

I think we got that and its relevant that the two character who did it
are non-human. What is interesting is if the human characters felt
otherwise. Or if someone decided to shop them to the inquisition just to
be a bastard ;-)
