Aalmon rubs his chin for a while thoughfully then turns to the Yelmalian
officer and speaks in his slightly over-formal New Pelorian "We were
correct to surmise that the she-elf is from the lands of Fronela and is
far from home. She was intending to travel to the North of here and was
advised by some humans to travel with the Heortlings, perhaps for
protection from bandits. I do not believe she knows anything of the
conflict here and if she knows a little she cares less.

I can ask her further questions if you like, I can manage her language
well enough - it is her meaning which is hard to understand for her mind
does not work like ours."

He turns back to Icthya "This is not our war and neither of us has taken
sides in it. The only war of concern to me is the kingdom of that name
that threatens my homeland and yours. I am here as an envoy of my
people, what status do you wish to claim?"

Nic
OOC : Nice to be back.
