The Arrolian courier seemed frustrated at the slow pace of their travels
but beyond a few muttered words kept his opinions mostly to himself. In
the cold of the Pass he knew he had to be careful not to push the pace
too much for his horse had a great journey ahead of it.
The rigors of the road seemed to lift from Aalmon as they entered the
warmer air of Tarsh. As they passed through the glowline it seemed to
invigorate him yet somehow make him edgy and irritable. If he was quiet
before he became almost silent now, thoughtful and unsettled.

> Making much better speed, the group travelled northwards towards the
> Temple of the Reaching Moon and Furthest. Stopping by the Temple, Aalmon
> told the strange woman that he and Icthya intended to travel much
> further north and that they had a private mission to attend to. The
> woman smiled once again, and said that it was not so private. Taken
> aback Aalmon inquired what she knew of his mission and that of the
> Aldryami. She said she had received a prophecy; and the prophecy was
> that:

>
> "You must kill a weapon at the greatest battlefield in circumstances of
> great desperation. You'll be opposed by the Devil."

"Marvellous, another dark prophesy is just what we needed. Giving
prophesy to Icthya and myself is like giving dust to a Praxian, we have
more than we can handle already. But I will try to remember it and
should the day come when it seems to make sense then I'm sure I will be
grateful for it."
"Now that you are in a nice warm place far from any battlefield I trust
you will live the rest our your life to the full and leave us to do
likewise.
Go in peace.
We have urgent business to attend to so we will be on our way. Whatever
you do know of our business I would appreciate if you would keep it to
yourself."
