If you like you can combine the HPs for Venerate God and Worship God.
It's part of the rulebook that's.. less than clear. From what I can see
the main difference is that Worship God provides Divine Intervention
whereas Venerate God channels worshiper's power to the deity. That's not
a sufficient difference for an additional ability imo.
King Broyan however is pleased to hear that the knowledge between the
West and Dragon Pass has not been lost by the tides of time. When
Talor's name is mentioned however, one of the Telmori growls. "Remember
in our stories it is Talor who cursed us, and took away the gift of
Nysalor the Bright. Talor is the Deceiver in our tales. We stand with
you because we have no love for the Red Men and we believe your
companion Karala can remove this curse from us. Make your oath, Westman
and Windman. But we join your battle for a different reason".
Troubled by these words, the ritual is completed. Azhur spends extra
time and effort cementing the friendship, but their is still doubt and
division from the Telmori's words.
