The speaker in white seems confused. "The reports that we have heard
from the battle is that the Orlanthi defeated the Crimson Bat but ceased
their rebellion under the demands of Praxelites, representative of the
Empire of the Sun.

There are mutterings of both surprise and approval to Aalmon's comments.

"Our emissaries know no fear. Such is our faith in the moon of peace. We
shall send your command to them."

With a command messages are attached to the legs of white doves that
have been brought to this meeting. With a whisper in their ear, the
birds take flight. After a brief fluttering of wings, they suddenly move
with extreme pace, leaving behind them a white light as they head to the
south, the south-west and the east.

The attended party nods and leads you away to a local village. The
speaker introduces himself as Res Publica. He tells you that he is a
Rune Priest of the Seven Mothers who has long been sympathetic to both
the rise of a Lunar peace, but opposed its methods.
