Of course he is but it was the full moon that sent them mad back in 
Seshnela too and that had to be on a different day. Anyway werewolves 
that change on the half-moon day just wouldn't be the same would they?

(It probably doesn't matter but the Telmori got the effects of full moon 
from the glowspot in the Dragons Pass game)
