Well between Aalmon's axe, which pounds into the wounded nomad (roll 8
versus roll 20 - whoops) and Icthya's bow the Nomad does some quick
calculations and decides that discretion is indeed the better part of
valor and flees on his horseback as fast as possible (roll 1 versus
Icthya's bow 9, marginal success to the barbarian).
As Aalmon hops after the fleeing nomad as it is pursued by the centaur
spirit (Nomad roll 2, Centaur roll 15) he comes to a sudden
realisation.. His steed has transformed into a giant rabbit! "Possibly
good cooking", he ponders for a moment.
Returning to the Elf, her steed also has taken the form of a lagamorph,
albeit with a broken paw. The only creature that seems to have retained
equine existence was the nomad's horse, at it too has a damaged foreleg.
"It is either walking, hopping or fixing that Nomad's horse", announces
a very naughty spirit being.
