Isma is both desperate and relieved at the sight of civilization.  For a
while she breaks down.  After she gets control of her self, possibly even
while still sobbing she begins her disguise.  She rubs her face and garments
with sand and such, pulls up her hood as they approach the town and once
again affects a pronounced limp and downward caste.
