You sure do!

Kui Hui is as famous as The Inhuman King in Dragon Pass, or even Jar-Eel
the Razoress in the Lunar Empire. A +20 bonus to questions about Kui
Hui, -5 for being a different species, so a total of 17 + 15 = 12W
versus standard difficulty of 14. Roll 14 (failure, bump to success)
versus 18 (failure), means an overall victory to your knowledge.

Kui Hui was born just like a normal human, but soon grew to great size.
Despite this, he took up the mystical martial arts training under Master
Chon. When his training was complete he went to fight the lobster demon,
Graba Kartak, who had been terrorising local villages and junks that
travelled in the Suam Chow sea. Having completed that task he has
returned to his coastal city home of Loanan Tao, some one hundred
leagues north-east of the Iron Fort.
