A dark reddish hue rises out of Aalmon's talisman as he mutters
incantations and pleas to his Goddess; far above the moon in Full Half
[p112 HQ] provides the answer to his calls. Quickly scanning the few
available hints of paths [Aalmon 4 from 17W3 vs Resistance 2 from 10W;
plus Hero Point means complete victory], Aalmon scampers up a crumbling
edifice towards the beam of light that indicates the presence of Yelm,
as the Planet Spirit expands its presence, protecting the courier from
any prying eyes or other senses.

[OOC: Nice move, that's the second Trollkin you've left behind - anyone
would think you don't care for them :) Although something I've never
quite understood is how the Planet Spirt 20 also has Hide in Darkness at
17W3.. Is there a book reference to this massive disparity?]

Meanwhile fighting the slithering mouths, The Fourth continues with his
martial prowess with the swordstaff, achieving another wound [another 9,
failure, bumped to critical versus shell 16, another minor victory, now
-20 to actions]. The mouths continue to bite into the Elf, now getting
quite deep into the pulpy flesh of the Aldryami, who begins to seriously
weaken [17, 14, 7 vs 3 failures, three more impairing wounds, now at
-60% to all actions]....

OOC: Next actions?
