Icthya; turning they see the Aldryami dripping with a strange sap, as
one of the Mouths is biting her.

Indeed the Elf speaks truly, all around you the walls themselves burst
open as the Mouths burrow out of the rock themselves. The Shaman who
brought you here is nowhere has gone. It's just you and the mawing,
endlessly mawing teeth.
