Either because the all-knowing Invisible God is writing directly the book 
(miracle !) or because the book is a godlearner's magical artifact able to 
condensate events and universal principles in readable form (wonder!).

Yes, that would be an accurate rendition.

Actually, as Azhur thinks about this the stranger it seems. Why wouldn't
The Book know more about a situation than the perspectives of the
characters in it?....
