Here are my proposal of HP sending :
Improve "Use True Abiding Book" at 13 by +1 (unconcentrated magic) cost: 6 HP
Improve "Elected King of Seshnela" at 17 by +1 cost: 1HP
Improve "Decipher Red Banner's changing inscriptions" at 14 by +1 cost: 1HP
Improve "Convince Others" at 15 by +1 cost: 1HP

Total 9HP

As always these are based on a metric of success and contribution to the
story. The more you contribute the more hero points you get; the more
hero points you get the greater your chance of engaging in significant
plot changes.

My apologies for the lengthy break in story development; a combination
of many factors involved, including work, study and recently taking up
leadership roles in a couple of community groups. Now, back to the
