"I am neither dishonourable, nor fully a rat" replied Rotterex calmly (hiding his desire to use his teeth) - "how pray tell did we breach your hospitality? We came in peace seeking aid for our friend Kalen and you attack us"
Can Rotterex do some sort of magic to bind the evil wizard?

Subject: [HQ Ignorance] Scene 130: Guillaume Rotterex and the Lich-Wizard of Puppetland
As with so many times before Guillaume disappeared in a flash, reappearing
this time in a chamber of rich but dilapidated furnishings and tarnished
metals. An old table featured a parchment of a city with wooden pieces on
either side of a central palisade. Also in the room was the Wizard of
Puppetland, finishing a few words of enchantment as the wound on his
stomach repaired itself in front of Rotterex's eyes. The Human-Bazak
cleared his throat and the Wizard turned in a flash.
"Compressing space for movement was the first skill a learned as an
apprentice, and I have become somewhat of an expert over the years",
chirped Rotterex. "And", he sniffed, "finding a half-decayed body was very
simple in my new form. So this time, try not run away. I expect that the
rest of my Fellowship have neutralised your mad ghosts."
"I give my word as a bond to my life that we had no idea that the General
had reprogrammed the Mostal. A trick clever even from Bazak standards. We
thought our old friend had been recovered".
The Wizard sneered at the wizard. "Fools! The General has no power to
recover spirits. They are entirely in my domain. He knows nothing of the
mystic arts, of minds and souls. The soul of every puppet he turns into
one of his iron guard eventually find their way here, mad as they have
lost their body. And you - under a banner of truce, under the banner of
The General - breached my hospitality."
"You dishonourable rat!", the Wizard spat out with extra venom in his voice.
