As the Seeker comes to a conclusion, it feels an overwhelming sense of the
enclosed material reality around it. It is indeed warm, dark, and safe in
this egg, this very familiar home. But to be outside is an overwhelming
urge, not as a forcible instinct, such as the humans have when they desire
food or lust for sex, but rather the overwhelming urge that comes with
duty to one's ancestors.

Fully grown, and in the same form carried before, the Seeker stands,
splitting open their egg - no matter, it will repair itself. The Seeker
looks around at this familiar nest; more than dozens, more than scores,
hundreds of dragonewt eggs. Great many of the Seeker's kind are abound;
including an old beaked associate, Oassanai.

"I iss pleassed that you have returned in thisss form, Ssseker. You are
mosst well travelled with alien sspeciess. I need your asssissstance. I
need you to help me kill ... a duck!"
