Also, the reputation of being the one who slew the Bat would help no end in her quest to cure the Telmori I'm sure. As a player I like a bit of glory! Anyway, mounted on her Wolf, Karala should be able to get in there quickly, and being able to release a 3pt Evade Predator Spirit should help alot. The Bat can't be a hard target to hit if she can get in close enough! And she still has a shed-load of HP's to
Purely logically, King Broyan has a role to play here (after all it is own fight), has certainly a better skill with an axe than Karala and sincerely I will always prefer a bearded NPC than a beautiful feminine PC in the mouth of this demon :-)
This being said, stories aren't always logical. What's your positions ?
Loran

Dorassa and Kalen both wound the bat. These are not deep wounds; indeed
they are quite superficial and from what you know of its magics it will
soon regenerate the damage caused. But it does serve as a distraction -
Is Karala is still attempting to organise a four-legged retreat of the
Telmori?

Meanwhile Rotterex is taken into the skies by the Wind Children. They
keep their distance and attack the Bat from multiple directions; they
not the damage received. Makes
