When danger reared its rocky head he bravely turned his tail and fled...

The cavern roof rumbles again and many rocks and dust does crash around
and on the Elf and Aalmon.
"I doubt because you must find and learn the secrets of the Blue Moon
Troll cult. Few humans can do this."
"You must learn of the eating of the husband. The must find and defeat
the child that has no soul. You must discover the rat with hands and
what he did. You must be.friend the Troll who has knows where the sword
is kept."
"But first you must climb the Blue Moon Plateau, a place of poison for
Elf and Man. How you deal with the Trolls you meet I have no advice."
Realising that this is the end of the conversation, Aalmon and Icthya
bolt for the exit. Mrs. Flint lets out an audible sigh, claps her hands
and disappears.

As she spoke Aalmon assesses the route out with the practiced eye of a
man who had survived a few tricky situations in his time. He grasped
his magical tome within its satchel and brought to mind the simple joy
of escaping another of Fate's cruel blows. With the last words echoing
away into silence he took to his heels and dashed out as quickly as his
legs would carry him, the joy of running and the power of his magics
lending him the toughness to survive.
[OOC: OK primary ability is Dashing (not a very good ability but there
you go) augmented by the Tome acting as a follower and using its Tough
With Joy magic at 17). +1 from light armour should cancel out the Hurt.
