The Seeker closes against the Iron Guards with Rikku by his side [you have<br>
to defeat the Guards before you can heal Kalen], and Jareena close behind.<br>
One of the Iron Guards closes to meet them, as Dorassa and Ka strike the<br>
guard with axes and spears respectively. The axe and spear crash into the<br>
Guard, throwing in off balanace, whereas the dragonewt strikes his<br>
traditional weapons throwing the creature aside as Rikku clips it on the<br>
nape of its armoured neck with his sickle.<br>

[Iron Guard Sword 7W (-5 due to water, -3 due to multiple opponents)<br>
versus The Seeker 5W aided by Dorassa +5, aided by by Ka +4, and Rikku +8<br>
= 2W2, roll 8 versus 16, failure versus failure, Iron Guard failure bumped<br>
to success, Fellowship failure bumped to success and critical - marginal<br>
success to Fellowship, minor wound and positional advantage].<br>

Meanwhile the second Iron Guard strikes at the unconscious Mostal, raising<br>
its sword slowly and bringing it down for the killing blow. Satisfied with<br>
its work the Guard turns and marches up the stairs to confront the new<br>
enemy.<br>

[Iron Guard 10W2 (positional advantage +20, in water -5) versus Kalen 0<br>
(unconscious). 18 versus 10, failure versus failure, Iron Guard's failure<br>
boosted to success and critical versus failure. Second major defeat for<br>
Kalen.]<br>

Unable to use their axes and spears effectively due combat being on a<br>
narrow staircase, it is only Rikku and The Seeker who fight the first Iron<br>
Guard, again using the combination of exotic weapons. The Guard weilds its<br>
sword expertly, striking at the armoured Dragonewt but failing to connect.<br>
<br>

versus 17, marginal success for Fellowship]<br>
<br>
The Iron Guards repositions themselves on the staircase so they can hold a<br>
defensive stance and engage in synchronised maneuvers... Just they advance<br>
step-by-step, Azhur Sinnerbane, elect King of Seshnela, appears above with<br>
two more Iron Guards by his side and a middle-aged man.. "Stop!", calls<br>
out Azhur. "I have leave from The General of Puppetland, that this<br>
conflict must stop!".<br>

With a wave of his hand, the Iron Guards stand down...<br>
