Lev,

I am working on the character sheet to flesh out the narrative now, 
which leaves a couple of questions I may as well check up on before I 
write it up.

How do you want to handle the starting ability levels of spirits? If 
this is going to be a high(ish) level campaign then I do not want to 
start out with spirits at the bottom of their possible power range. 
Would you be happy if I allocate points for the difference in HP cost of 
the spirits (within the published range) and the "default" level of 1-20?

Are the points allowances you mentioned in addition to the standard 20 
or do they replace it? I'm neutral on whether or not Aalmon is leader, 
although I'm not sure his city would have the political clout to send a 
leader of the group anyway. I'm sure you will let us all know. A final 
point on this, I would like to hold some points back to go with the last 
"missing" bit of the narrative.
