A spiritist gets one of each practice spirit at the lowest power levels
in the range as part of the "package deal" of their keyword.
To start with a more powerful spirit pay the normal HP cost of the
charm/fetish less the 3 points that the starting spirit would usually cost.
I realise that some starting spirits have less-useful abilities that
always start at 1W or more and that if you accounted for this it would
complicate matters (and reduce the cost of a more powerful version of
that spirit). I did not bother with this and stuck to the formula of a
spirit costing (cost for desired level) -3 character generation points.
What I can't help with his how she starts out as a shamaness, I don't
think you have enough points to do it by conventional means (have the
right abilities at the right level) so you will have to work something
out with Lev.
