Looking surprised he puts his meal down for a moment, then shrugs his
shoulders and takes another swig of watered wine whilst muttering "odd"
to himself.
"We may or may not find out something that helps us deal with
Wilkairtha, or offer him something in return for the axe. I would prefer
to go and see this mystic but if it is not a big diversion we can also
go to see the elves that had a hand in his creation. If all that fails
then we will need to think of ways to get the axe without his
cooperation, it might seem folly but the one day he cannot carry the axe
with him is on the full moon so if we need make such an attempt that
would be the day to do it."
