With great relief your politeness and diplomacy seems
to have the desired effect [marginal success].
Although the bazak are not entirely certain why their
food supplies have come to a screaming halt or how
getting rid of the king will fix this their natural
suspicion is weakened by your positive news and their
hunger [marginal failure].
"We take you", Rotterex snarls. "Secret ways, made by
bazak, not known my the Wizards and their rat-zapping
magics. Into the third chamber, yes? Sneak up from
below. Very dangerous, the third chamber. Bad wizards
there - but much food. You come now."
[Next two scenes will be posted tomorrow, so any last
minute changes get them in now.]
