Hmmm... That might fall into an overly-broad skill, or
at least in application. If 'Speaker to Barbarians'
means that your character has the magical ability to
communicate with any non-Lunar, that's fine. But it
should be limited to normal transactional speech, not
the flowery poetics of diplomats or lovers, nor the
precision and mental gymnastics of philosophers and
lawspeakers. Otherwise as an ability is too powerful.
